Hey folks!

Here is all of the information you will need regarding indoor flying this coming winter.

We will begin October 16th of 2014 and the last day of indoor flying will be on April 9th, 2015.
We will be flying every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm.
The address for the Mexico Elementary School is 26 Academy Street, Mexico, NY 13114
We will be flying in ME1 (Gym1) which is not the new gym but is the one inside the main school. It is a full basketball court. I will be there personally to direct you where you need to go.
We will NOT be flying on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Years day (the school is closed on these days and they just happen to all fall on Thursdays this year)
Any time you see "After school activities are canceled" on the news for Mexico Schools we will not be flying that day. Any cancellations will be posted here as soon as we are aware of them. You may always call us at 315-532-6826 for information.
It is a good idea for you to bring your own table. We will do our best to accommodate you but supplies may be limited.[Not required]
Power will be available.
AMA is required!!! It is only $29.99 for an adult Park Flier membership. Kids (below age 19) receive FULL AMA membership for free! AMA membership will be available on site and is pro-rated through 2015.
NO ENTRY FEE FOR KIDS! If you are 19 or below, you fly for free. Adult fliers will be charged $5 per night. Spectators are free to enter.

You may find the poster ready version in the attachment. Please feel free to pass it around.

Dates we will NOT be flying due to scheduled events are as follows:
11/27/14 - Thanksgiving
12/4/14 - School Concert
12/25/14 - Christmas Day
1/1/15 - New Years Day (shop still open)
2/12/15 - School Concert

You know Josh if Rich distributed as many flyers, within the school, as he said we could be in for an influx of people in the next few weeks. I really don't have anything to buddy box currently so the heavy lifing will probably fall on you. lol

That's true Tim. Depending on the turnout we may have to dedicate another day specifically for the kids. I'll think of a backup plan. It'd be nice if we could get Bill to come down with his brand new DX6 and we could have a second master for buddy boxing the little radios.

We will see how it all turns out.
